ЗАКОН за изменение и допълнение на Закона за информиране и консултиране с работниците и служителите в многонационални предприятия, групи предприятия и европейски дружества

This law updates existing legislation concerning the rights of employees in multinational companies to be informed and consulted. It aims to ensure that workers' representatives are adequately involved in decision-making processes that affect them within these large corporate structures. The changes affect employees and their representatives in multinational enterprises operating within Bulgaria, as well as European companies. It ensures consistent application of EU directives on information and consultation rights.
