Наредба за отменяне на Наредба № 131 от 2006 г. за одобряване типа на нови моторни превозни средства по отношение на предните им повърхности за защита при удар на пеше¬ходците и на другите участници в движението по пътищата (ДВ, бр. 38 от 2006 г.)

This regulation proposes to repeal an existing regulation concerning the type-approval of new motor vehicles. The original regulation, adopted in 2006, focused on the protection of pedestrians and other road users from impact with the front surfaces of vehicles. The repeal means that the rules set out in Regulation No 131 of 2006 will no longer be in effect. This action is likely to simplify or update vehicle safety standards in Bulgaria.
