This Royal Decree amends existing regulations concerning chemical agents and substances that are carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic, as well as those with endocrine-disrupting properties. It updates Book VI of the Codex on Well-being at Work. The changes aim to enhance worker protection by aligning with current scientific understanding and safety standards for hazardous substances in the workplace.
