This Austrian government bill (Regierungsvorlage) amends the Network and Information Systems Security Act (NISG), the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and the Health Telematics Act (GTelG). The aim is to strengthen the cybersecurity of essential digital infrastructure, such as energy, health, transport and digital services, in line with EU rules on network and information security.
