Mission & Goals
We are a global federation of trade unions and associations representing high level athletes. We represent over 140 unions in approximately 65 countries. We are a member of UNI Global Union and UNI Europa - the European workers social partner in the sport sector. Our mission is to assist our members succeed in collective bargaining and improve the services they provide their players. We do this through collective action, representation (International Labour Organization), organizing, education, training, and research. We regularly hold events like the World Players Summit and the World Players Institute research conference.
