European energy and climate legislation, including the Clean Industrial Deal, Affordable Energy Action Plan, European Climate Law and related implementing measures; district heating and cooling regulation; energy efficiency (EED, EPBD); renewable energy (RED), including renewable and waste heat integration; internal energy market design; nuclear energy; energy infrastructure policy (TEN-E), CEF and network codes; security of supply and system integration; Just Transition Mechanism; EU ETS (including ETS 1 and ETS 2 impacts on heating); carbon pricing and state aid frameworks; hydrogen and decarbonised gas markets; battery and energy storage value chains; circular economy and waste-to-energy frameworks; European environmental legislation (IED, air quality); public procurement; EU competition law; and EU sustainable finance taxonomy and related disclosure rules.
