1. Education & Youth Mobility: Regulation (EU) 2021/817 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing Erasmus+: the Union Programme for education, training, youth and sport. Council Resolution on a strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training towards the European Education Area and beyond (2021-2030). European Youth Strategy 2019-2027: Engaging, Connecting and Empowering young people. 2. Digital Sovereignty & Innovation: Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Single Market For Digital Services (Digital Services Act). Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 of the European Parliament and of the Council on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act). Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence Act). Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 of the European Parliament and of the Council on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data (Data Act). 3. Maritime Security & Global Strategy: Joint Communication to the European Parliament and the Council on the update of the EU Maritime Security Strategy and its Action Plan: "An enhanced EU Maritime Security Strategy for evolving maritime threats." A Strategic Compass for Security and Defence - For a European Union that protects its citizens, values and interests and contributes to international peace and security. Council Decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Agreement under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction (High Seas Treaty / BBNJ). 4. International Cooperation: Joint Communication to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions and the European Investment Bank on the Global Gateway Strategy.
Communication Activities
1. High-Level Institutional Outreach & Meetings: European Parliament Engagement: Conducted direct outreach and strategic dialogues within the "Strong Path to a Strong Erasmus+" initiative. This involved high-level meetings and briefings with three Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to discuss the enhancement of Regulation (EU) 2021/817 and the future of youth academic mobility. 2. Specialized Conference Participation & Representation: Maritime Security & BBNJ: Active participation in the United Nations Intergovernmental Conference on Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ) in New York (March 2026). This outreach focuses on aligning the EU's High Seas Treaty implementation with youth-led strategic perspectives on maritime governance. Security & Defense Policy: Engagement with the Young European Security Conference (YESC) and the Young Euroatlantic Forum, focusing on the EU Strategic Compass and the Digital Services Act's implications for regional security. Legal & Regulatory Frameworks: Participation in the ELSA ICE on European Law (Vienna, February 2026), focusing on the evolution of EU legislative frameworks and digital sovereignty. 3. Leadership in International Youth Advocacy Networks: YOUNGO & UN MGCY: Serving as a Lead Investigator for ad-hoc committees within YOUNGO, contributing to policy publications and reports that advocate for the integration of youth perspectives into EU-UN joint communications on the Global Gateway and sustainable development. NATO Edge 2026: Strategic outreach as a speaker candidate for NATO Edge 2026, bridging the dialogue between the EU Maritime Security Strategy and transatlantic defense technology. 4. Publications & Research: Authoring internal strategic reports and policy briefs for Routr Consulting stakeholders regarding the impact of the Artificial Intelligence Act on international education consultancy and youth-led innovation.

Routr Consulting is a centralized strategic advisory firm led by its founder. As a private multidisciplinary consultancy, it does not operate under a membership-based (federation) model. Its structure is designed for specialized strategic advocacy and executive consultancy. Currently, the organization does not have subordinate entities or corporate members. However, Routr Consulting operates through a highly specialized network of independent strategic advisors and academic partners across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and international diplomatic hubs. The firm maintains affiliated partnerships with youth-led research clusters focused on maritime governance, digital sovereignty, and educational reform to ensure data-driven representation in European and global forums.
