Mission & Goals
Rail, Energy, Transport and Facilities Professionals JHL ry is a collective organisation representing the interests of our memebers employed in rail transport, energy sector, airport security, defence facilities maintenance, heavy road vehicle maintenance and Finland's in-land ferries in Finland. We are part of the Trade Union JHL. RETFP JHL acts as a lobby organisation, promoting the interests of our industries and influencing public policy. We conclude and enforce the Collective Agreements, and promote equal and fair working life in all six sectores. We seek to strengthen the position of these sectors and e.g. promote sustainable transport, green transition and public transportation policy in Finland and Europe.
