Mission & Goals
The Promo-LEX Association is a nationwide, non-governmental, apolitical and non-profit organization from the Republic of Moldova. The association was established in 2002 and was registered at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on July 19, 2002. The main goal of the organisation is: Development of democracy and protection of human rights in the Republic of Moldova, including in the Transnistrian region. The activity of the Promo-LEX Association is ensured at a functional level through two programs: the Human Rights Program and the Institutions and Democratic Processes Program. The aim of the Human Rights Program: To contribute to the promotion and implementation in the Republic of Moldova of international standards in the field of human rights. The aim of the Institutions and Democratic Processes Program: To contribute to improving the quality and increasing the confidence of citizens in the democratic institutions and processes of the Republic of Moldova.
