- obrona praw przedsiębiorców - aktywne działania mające na celu egzekwowanie równego traktowania przedsiębiorców w krajach członkowskich - podnoszenie świadomości prawnej dotyczącej praw człowieka, dostępu do wolnego rynku i przepływu kapitału - poprawa jakości działania organów publicznych - budowanie poczucia jedności i wspólnoty wśród przedsiębiorców działających w różnych krajach członkowskich

Rewizja dyrektywy 96/53/EC w zakresie warunków i potrzeb transportu nienormatywnego, wydawania zezwoleń na przejazd pojazdami nienormatywnymi oraz współpraca transgraniczna pomiędzy zarządcami dróg z krajów członkowskich UE oraz Military Mobility Package.
