Mission & Goals
Mission of the New Europe Center is to develop analytical research and conduct project activities in order to promote European standards and practices in Ukraine, as well as to increase support of Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic prospects among opinion leaders and officials of the EU and the NATO.
EU Legislative Interests
New Europe Center targets the question of enlargement process, in particular advocating for the reviewing of the Enlargement framework, laid out for Ukraine. Additionally, New Europe Center works in the sphere of European security, specifically developing SAFE initiative to provide more support for Ukraine.
Communication Activities
New Europe Center provide public analytical documents on the above mentioned topics for the general public, as well as key decision-makers both in Ukraine and in the European Union. Additionally, NEC conduct various events regarding most pressured topics of Ukraine's accession to the European Union, as well other candidate countries. The biggest example of NEC work is EU Accession Exchange Forum - a key expert platform for all candidate countries for membership of the EU, whose task is to exchange lessons learned in the process of accession talks and develop recommendations on how to make the EU enlargement process more effective.
