EU Legislative Interests
Mistral AI advocates for a decentralized approach to AI, supporting open source developments and fostering the European AI and compute ecosystem. Mistral AI follows the implementation of the AI Act, including secondary acts of legislation, codes of practice or guidance. Further policy measures of interest are the Digital Sovereignty Package, the Digital AI Omnibus and the Digital Data Omnibus, cloud services relevant policies, relevant aspects of competition policy, the broader debates on copyright and privacy in the context of AI and open source policies.
Communication Activities
Our only communication activities were related to participation as speaker to events organized by trade associations, DG Comp, DG Connect, MEPs and Court of auditors.
