Mission & Goals
Missions Publiques is an agency specializing in public participation and decision-making processes based on collective intelligence. Founded in 1998 and with offices in Paris, Brussels, and Bonn, its mission is to improve dialogue among citizens, stakeholders, and decision-makers to foster better collective choices and decision-making. Together with its partners, it harnesses citizen expertise to co-create public policies and inform the strategies of public and private organizations. We do so by designing, organizing and animating deliberatives processes. We work at different levels (from local to international) and on various topics.
EU Legislative Interests
Missions Publiques does not focus on any specific legal initiatives or policies. We collaborate with various services and policy officers to run citizen's processes, as part of the contracts we have with them. Our activities are nevertheless mostly linked with the following legislations and programs: Democracy Shield, Competence Centre on Participatory and Deliberative Democracy, AI Act, Multiannual Financial Framework, Horizon Europe, CERV
Communication Activities
We occasionally organise communication activities as part of the citizens' processes, but this is not our core business.
