Uczestniczenie w kształtowaniu i realizacji zadań społeczno – gospodarczych rozwoju kraju. Uczestniczenie w integracji rolnictwa polskiego z krajami Unii Europejskiej. Jednoczenie działań polskich organizacji pracodawców i związków branżowych reprezentujących środowiska producentów rolnych i związanych z rolnictwem.
