Mission & Goals
itmatters is a French company specialising in business automation and intelligence, developing a ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passport (DPP) SaaS platform under EU Regulation 2024/1781. Our mandate is to support economic operators — manufacturers, importers, distributors — in creating, managing and co-constructing their DPPs throughout the product lifecycle (T0 to T9), with a primary focus on textile, luxury goods, leather goods, cosmetics and aeronautics sectors. The itmatters platform acts as a neutral technical middleware between value chain actors and the EU DPP Registry. It features a multilingual co-construction system (13 languages) enabling APAC suppliers to input materials data directly in their native language, facilitating ESPR compliance for non-EU manufacturers placing products on the EU market. As a recognised CIRPASS consortium member since 2022, itmatters is committed to aligning its technical architecture with the JRC145830 methodology (March 2026)

Notre mission est d'accompagner les opérateurs économiques — fabricants, importeurs, distributeurs — dans la création, la gestion et la co-construction de leurs DPPs tout au long du cycle de vie produit (T0 à T9), en particulier pour les secteurs textile, luxe, maroquinerie, cosmétique et aéronautique.
