EU Legislative Interests
Seeking regulatory, policy influence to ensure enhanced clinical development and EU manufacturing in the anti-microbial development space. The EU Global Health Resilience Initiative and EU Bio Tech Act are items we desire to seek enhanced access for trans-Atlantic companies seeking regulatory framework and non-dilutive funding parody with US health agencies (HHS, NIH, etc.). Also, the influence activity will include the EC, and then the EP to ensure the policy provisions are passed in the legislative process via meetings in SANT (Committee on Public Health) when the time is appropriate.
