Mission & Goals
Flightright helps passengers enforce their claims under the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 in the event of a delay, flight cancellation or denied boarding.

Communication Activities
Flightright aims to maintain and improve consumer and passenger rights in the EU. To this end, Flightright engages in dialogue with individuals responsible for shaping consumer rights, conducts opinion polls and organises informational events.
