Mission & Goals

The European Circus Association e.V. (ECA) is a non-profit organization, based and registered in Germany, that unites Europe's circuses to promote and preserve circus as an independent form of the performing arts among Europe's cultural heritage. The ECA represents around 100 circuses, festivals, animal trainers and artists, including nearly all renowned European circuses. The work of the ECA is funded by member fees and donations.
