Mission & Goals

We are a private company established in 2020 with a clear vision to spearhead the energy transition in the Western Balkans. Starting from 2022, in 2023, we have already completed the construction of our first Photovoltaic Plant - “FEC Novaci”, and with a proud 23-year production period ahead of us, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the field of electricity production. The plant provides a total capacity of 55 MW, with an estimated annual electricity production of 81,355 MWh. Our expertise lies in developing and operating renewable energy projects, solar PV and battery storage facilities, primarily that foster decarbonization, grid flexibility, and energy independence. We aim to deliver a cleaner, more sustainable energy future through responsible investments. Our operations are guided by a strong sense of responsibility towards the planet, as we work tirelessly to provide a sustainable option for one of the most important resources of our time - electricity.

EU Legislative Interests

The purpose of registration in the EU Transparency Register is to enable the participation in the Call for Expressions of Interest by EU/EEA/Western Balkans companies to invest in the Western Balkans region, and particularly to assist green energy investment projects in North Macedonia. The project is responding to the EU's trailblazing policies for decarbonization, energy transition and energy security. Our organisation is completely aligned with key EU legislative proposals and strategic policy platforms, in particular those driving forward the European Green Deal and its supporting initiatives. By facilitating emission reductions and adding renewable energies to the grid with the help of battery storage, the project is making a straightforward contribution to the European Green Deal and the EU climate objectives for 2030. The project also indirectly contributes to the integration of the Western Balkan markets into the Energy Community. The company maps the project's role in building towards a more flexible, cleaner and more secure energy system in line with European Union's strategic objectives.
