Mission & Goals
I am a part-time professional researcher, academic, technologist, and advisor for AI and research automation. I help build ethics-first digital platforms used by governments of all levels and academics in Canada, UK, EU and Middle-East. I design and deliver AI education for non-technical learners. I have senior experience in combining data science, service modernization, AI-supported text analytics. I am a speaker on responsible AI and democratic governance. My current research partners with the London School of Economics and Canada's ESDC to define how generative AI destabilizes traditional platform architectures with implications for regulation and governance. My work represents no particular organization but instead promotes the intellectual and practical implications of AI on governance and democracy.
EU Legislative Interests
I was invited to present to the Esomar's Citizen Insights Summit - democracy in focus, in May 2026. The focus is on the intersection between public governance, trust, and AI. I intend to share my academic research on the topic of validation-first framing of AI for citizen insights, and how AI without statistical validation can bring noise, risk, and negatively impact AI adoption and effectiveness. This summit brings together experts in research, public affairs, civil society, and evidence-based policy-making to explore how data analytics can support policymakers.
