Mission & Goals
The Romanian Energy Suppliers Association (AFEER) is a professional, non-governmental, non-profit, independent, and apolitical organization representing electricity suppliers in Romania. Established in 2006, AFEER serves as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and representation of the electricity supply sector.

Communication Activities
exchange of letters From our previous correspondence with European Union institutions, we highlight the following: We submitted a Complaint – Infringement of EU law, which was registered by the European Commission on 13 June 2023 under reference number CPLT(2023)01754 (“Complaint”). In addition, we engaged in an exchange of letters with ACER regarding AFEER’s proposals for clarifications to be included in the ACER Guidance on the application of REMIT, following the entry into force of the revised REMIT Regulation.
