AKADEMIYA2063 is an independent pan-African non-profit research institution supporting evidence-based policymaking, economic transformation, and implementation of Agenda 2063 through data, analytics, capacity strengthening, and strategic advisory services across Africa.

EU-Africa partnership policy, trade and market integration, Global Gateway priorities, research and innovation cooperation, sustainable development, agrifood systems transformation, climate resilience, economic development, capacity strengthening, and Horizon Europe collaboration frameworks, including engagement with DG INTPA.

This registration covers AKADEMIYA2063 as a single pan-African non-profit organisation, including its headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda, its regional office in Dakar, Senegal, and programmes and initiatives operated under its institutional structure. These include, where applicable, the Africa Institute for Strategic Energy and Sustainability Accelerator, the Regional Strategic Analysis and Knowledge Support System, the African Growth and Development Policy Modelling Consortium, the Malabo Montpellier Panel, and Africa Agriculture Watch. The organisation’s functional and reporting currency is USD. Where figures have been entered in EUR for the purposes of this registration, amounts were converted from USD using the European Commission InforEuro exchange reference rate applicable on 14 April 2026. The organisation transitioned from a July–June financial year to a calendar-year reporting cycle. As the previous audited 12-month cycle (ended 30/06/2024) was not available in the dropdown list, financial figures reported are based on the latest completed audited annual accounts. A transitional six-month reporting period ran from 01/07/2024 to 31/12/2024, and the first full calendar-year audit relates to FY2025, currently in progress.
