Voluntary permanent EU relocation scheme

This procedure establishes a framework for the voluntary and permanent relocation of asylum seekers and refugees across EU Member States. It aims to create a more equitable distribution of responsibility and provide better protection for displaced persons by allowing them to move to countries where they have stronger ties or better prospects.
