Regulation on the market of products containing, consisting of or produced from genetically modified maize GA21 × T25 pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council
This procedure concerns an objection to the authorisation of genetically modified maize (GA21 x T25) for use in food and feed. It follows a Commission decision and is based on parliamentary rules for scrutinising implementing acts.
MEPs are voting on whether to object to the maize being placed on the market. If the objection is passed, the Commission cannot proceed with the authorisation as proposed.
