Regulation on the draft renewing the authorisation for the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of or produced from genetically modified maize MON 89034 (MON-89Ø34-3) pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council
This procedure concerns an objection raised against the renewal of authorisation for genetically modified maize MON 89034 to be placed on the market. It follows the standard process for authorising GMOs within the EU.
