2011 Financial Framework: GNI and Cohesion Fund adjustments

This procedure adjusts the EU's 2011 budget to reflect changes in the Gross National Income (GNI) of Member States. It ensures the budget accurately reflects the economic reality and the contributions of each country.

It also adjusts funds for cohesion policy, helping Member States affected by significant differences between their estimated and actual GDP between 2007 and 2009.
