EU-wide cybersecurity measures (repealing Directive 2016/1148)

This procedure aims to establish a high, common level of cybersecurity across the EU. It updates existing rules to address evolving digital threats and ensure the security of networks and information systems.

The measures will affect public administrations, essential service providers, and digital service providers. It seeks to enhance cooperation and incident response capabilities to protect citizens and businesses online.
