Amendment: EU info system access for ETIAS
This proposal aims to improve the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) by allowing it to access other EU information systems. This will help border guards and law enforcement agencies to better assess travel authorisations and enhance security.
The changes will affect travellers seeking entry to the Schengen Area and authorities responsible for border control and security. It aims to streamline checks and prevent illegal immigration and terrorism.
