Participation in Community programmes

This agreement establishes the framework for Albania's participation in various European Union programmes. It aims to foster closer cooperation and integration between the EU and Albania.

Albanian citizens, businesses, and institutions will be able to engage in and benefit from EU initiatives, promoting shared objectives and mutual understanding.
