Flexibility Instrument: Lifelong Learning, Competitiveness & Innovation, and Palestine

This procedure concerns the mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument. This instrument allows the EU budget to respond to unforeseen needs and specific situations, such as funding for education programmes and relations with Palestine.

The funds will be allocated to the Lifelong Learning Programme, the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, and to support Palestine. This ensures continued funding for key EU initiatives and external relations.
