EGF Mobilisation: Alu Ibérica (Spain)

This procedure concerns the mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) to support workers who lost their jobs due to industrial restructuring and global trade changes. It aims to provide financial assistance for retraining and finding new employment.

Around 1,200 workers in the iron and steel industry in Spain are affected. The fund will help them adapt to the changing economic landscape and mitigate the impact of redundancies.
