This procedure concerns the annual report on the functioning of the EU's internal market. It assesses how well EU laws are being applied across member states and identifies barriers to the free movement of goods, services, capital, and people.

The scoreboard helps the European Commission and Parliament monitor progress, pinpoint problems, and propose solutions to improve the single market for businesses and citizens.
