Amendment: Public participation in environmental plans (Directive 85/337/EEC)
This procedure updates the rules on how the public can participate in the creation of plans and programs that may have significant effects on the environment. It ensures that citizens and stakeholders have a say in decision-making processes to better protect nature and biodiversity.
