This procedure concerns the allocation of emergency funds to assist refugees and migrants in European camps experiencing harsh weather. It aims to provide immediate relief and ensure basic living conditions are met during crises.

The aid will support vulnerable populations, including refugees and displaced persons, through the Emergency Aid Reserve and the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
