Repeal of Directive 87/102/EEC on credit for consumers (repeal of Directive 87/102/EEC)
This procedure aims to update and harmonise rules on consumer credit across EU Member States. It seeks to ensure a high level of consumer protection while facilitating a smoother functioning of the internal market for credit services.
