Charging heavy goods vehicles for infrastructure use
This procedure aims to update the rules for charging heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) for using specific road infrastructures. The goal is to encourage the transition to zero-emission transport by linking road tolls to the carbon emissions of the vehicles used.
