Application of Rule of Law conditionality mechanism (Reg 2020/2092)

This procedure concerns the application of the Rule of Law conditionality mechanism. This mechanism allows the EU to protect its financial interests when breaches of the rule of law in a Member State could undermine the sound financial management of the EU budget.
