An Association between the EC and Lebanon to take account of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU

This procedure updates the existing trade and cooperation agreement between the EU and Lebanon. It ensures the agreement remains relevant following the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.

The protocol adjusts the agreement to reflect the new EU member states. This maintains the legal framework for EU-Lebanon relations and trade.
