Amendment: Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 on OTC derivatives and trade repositories
This proposal aims to update the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) to make financial markets safer and more transparent. It focuses on how certain financial contracts, called derivatives, are traded and managed, especially those not handled by central clearing houses.
