Amendment: Endocrine disrupting properties criteria (Reg 1107/2009)

This regulation sets out scientific criteria to identify substances with endocrine disrupting properties. This aims to ensure that plant protection products authorised for use do not pose risks to human health or the environment due to such properties.

It affects the authorisation of plant protection products containing active substances. The criteria will be used by the European Commission and Member States in their risk assessments.
