Amendment: Directive 2014/65/EU (Capital Markets & SME Access)

This procedure aims to make EU capital markets more attractive for businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It seeks to improve their access to funding, fostering economic growth and investment across the Union.
