Amending budget 7/2005: Solidarity fund for Northern Europe storms

The EU is adjusting its 2005 budget to provide financial aid through the Solidarity Fund to countries affected by severe storms. Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are set to receive support.
This amendment enables these countries to recover from storm damages with EU funding.
