Mission & Goals

Development of greenfield projects for the production of renewable energy both large scale renewables (sun and onshore wind) and production of green molecules (hydrogen and derivatives) and development of electric interconnections.

Zhero BV is a private company backed by private capital which develops projects for the production of green energy, enrolled on the Trade Register in the Netherlands under No. 86483986. Our activities in Europe are developed Zhero Europe BV (Trade Register in the Netherlands under No. 89006933) and its Italian branch Zhero Europe BV Sede Secondaria (Trade Register in Italy under No. 13194140961). Zhero Europe develops projects in three segments: 1. BESS, via Zhero Peak Srl (Trade Register in Italy under No. 13738190969) 2. Green molecules, via Zhero Molecules Walvis Bay (Pty) Ltd (Trade Register in Namibia under No. 2022/1234) 3. Electricity interconnectors, via Medlinks Tunisia BV (Trade Register in the Netherlands under No. 90755936), Medlinks Algeria BV (Trade Register in the Netherlands under No. 95526331), Iberialink Srl (Trade Register in Italy under No. 14226100965) and Gulflink Srl (Trade Register in Italy under No. 14225630962)
