Mission & Goals
Zaffra is a joint-venture between Topsoe and Sasol focused on developing large-scale eSAF (synthetic kerosene) production using Fischer–Tropsch technology to enable net-zero flight. Our project pipeline include projects with Enertrag in Eastern Germany, with Moeve in Southern Spain and with other partners in Norther Europe and Asia.

Communication Activities
Zaffra is a member of Project SkyPower and has contributed to their position papers and events, including meetings with members of cabinets and Commission Units. In addition, we comment on the Zaffra LinkedIn account and on our blog post (www.zaffra.com) on legislative developments affecting aviation related or energy transition files (ie. ReFuelEU, RED, STIP etc). Zaffra representatives also engage with journalists covering EU regulatory discussions to share our view on policy trends affecting the uptake of SAF in Europe.
