Sub-forum on Green Development of The 14th European Forum Focus on: climate change, green development, green design Time: October 2023 Form: online and offline Cooperation partners: Association Chinese Professional in Belgium, China Belgium Technology Center, Federation of Chinese Professional Associations in Europe After the Pandemic: 1. Green Design and Green Manufacturing Berlin Forum & Dialogue on Green Transition and climate change Focus: Green design and Green Manufacturing, cliamte changes Time: Oct. 2023, invited Mr. Jo Leinen（Former MEP) as guest to share the policies of EU towards Green building and renewable energy 2. WGDO initiated the publication works of <World Green Design Report> Focusing: sort out and promote the best practices of Green Design technologies and products, so as to set up models to be learnt by relevant parties and referred by interest parties, and further to encourage the manufacturers with international awards. WGDO keeps in touch with its invited consultants from EU relevant departments to keep this REPORT high-caliber and ensure cases listed in align with the main direction of EU towards green products. Time: Durative 3 WGDO holds the Serial Symposium on European Green Deal (mainly online) and called on government representatives, enterprises and their officers from different countries to have multilateral discusstion on the Acts included therein. 4. WGDO initiated the World Green Design Capital to cultivate the green design capital for those cities who practiced well with the sustainable concept. And communicated with the Envionment Commission to exchange opinions. 5.WGDO initiated the World Green Design International Standards to help industries confrom with sustainable development model and ensure those products being aligned with ecological standards from the phase of designing and manufacturing. Tried to communicated with the departments of EU commissions to join in to give advice on the standards issues.
