This event aims to discuss critical topics and possible solutions to address these challenges through the prism of Women’s Participation and Leadership in Peacemaking, Security, Innovation, and Sustainable Economic growth. 2. "Women Leaders for Ukraine" Survey: In cooperation with the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Women for Ukraine (W4U) conducted a survey titled "Women of Ukraine during the War," focusing on the experiences of women during the ongoing conflict. This research contributes valuable data to discussions about gender equality, women’s rights, and the impact of war on women. We plan to share the survey results with EU policymakers and institutions, contributing to the evidence base for EU actions and legislative efforts related to gender equality in conflict zones, as outlined in the EU Gender Action Plan III. 3. Mentorship Program for Women Professionals: This program connects experienced female leaders with young Ukrainian women professionals, helping them build skills and networks in various sectors. Planned Communication Activities: Organizing webinars, workshops, and public events to teach and empower woman to achieve high-level positions in the future. 4. Awareness Program on EU Gender Policies for Ukrainian Women Women for Ukraine is developing an educational program to inform Ukrainian women about the European Union’s gender equality policies. The goal is to enhance awareness among Ukrainian women of their rights, opportunities, and the tools available to them as Ukraine progresses on its EU integration path. 5.
