The firm is renowned for its expertise in navigating the intricate regulatory landscapes affecting these sectors, particularly in Europe. The European competition team represents clients before the EC and national competition authorities in key markets. They provide a full spectrum of competition law services, including merger control and cartel investigations, tailored to various stages of a client's business life cycle. Moreover, the firm's EU privacy and data protection practice helps organizations manage the complex laws and regulations surrounding personal data in the EU and beyond. We remain committed to helping clients adapt to the changing regulatory environment.
EU Legislative Interests
The specific EU policy we are interested in, while advancing the interests of our client, is the implementation of the Digital Market Act by the European Commission and the enforcement of EU competition rules (Article 101 and 102 TFEU). More specifically, we were required to register with the EU Transparency Registry in view of a meeting with EC representatives concerning the Commission's implementation of the Digital Market Act and the enforcement of EU competition rules (Article 101 and 102 TFEU).
Communication Activities
The EU Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity attorneys monitor developments in EU law relevant to our clients, offering seminars, webinars, client alerts. They also maintain blogs such as the "WSGR Data Advisor" blog, ad hoc fact sheets on new regulations (such as the AI Act, the Digital Market Act) and also host roundtables on the new data-regulated regulations that are emerging in the EU.” The EU Antitrust and Competition attorneys monitor developments in EU law relevant to their clients, offering seminars, webinars, client alerts. They also maintain ad hoc fact sheets on new antitrust regulations and topical issues and developments in EU sustainability regulations (such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

Additional Information
At present, we advance only the interest of QWANT, which is registered in the EU Transparency register. However, it seems that we get an error message when trying to list them as a client (error codes: R23-T2-CL-2 and R23-T2-CU-2). To rectify this, we asked QWANT to add our firm as intermediary to their registration, but they cannot do so because we are not in the Register. Please advise us on how to resolve this as this is not something we can fix.
