Mission & Goals

The WEEE Forum, set up in 2002, is a Brussels-based international for-impact, not-for-profit association speaking for fifty not-for-profit producer responsibility organisations (PRO) that take back and manage electrical and electronic equipment waste (WEEE), as defined by EU legislation, from households and businesses. The fifty PROs have operations in Europe, the Americas and Africa: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Czechia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Georgia, Greece, France, Iceland, Ireland, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It is the biggest organisation of its kind in the world.
