Webidoo is a European scaleup that develops and distributes AI-native, plug-and-play SaaS solutions for SMEs worldwide. Its goal is to be a leading provider of AI-powered solutions for micro, small, and medium businesses. The company's vision is to empower every business with instant access to the transformative power of AI-driven technology. Webidoo's solutions are designed to simplify complexity, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. The product suite includes: Jooice: An AI-native omnichannel hub for micro and local businesses. GROW: A suite of plug-and-play AI agents for medium-sized enterprises. Welpy: An AI-powered CAAS system for large enterprises and corporate clients. Webidoo Store: A retail innovation lab to design, test, and scale AI solutions for retail clients The business model is based on SaaS subscriptions, platform setup and support fees, and strategic resale partnerships.
EU Legislative Interests
Webidoo is dedicated to supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation journey and actively participating in policy discussions at the European Union level to foster SME development across various countries.We would like to clarify our influencing activities: -Digital Services Act (DSA): Webidoo is actively engaged in discussions related to the Digital Services Act. Our aim is to ensure that the DSA takes into account the unique challenges and opportunities that SMEs encounter in the digital space. We seek to influence specific provisions and regulations within the DSA to better support SMEs in their digital transformation efforts. -SME Digitalization Initiatives: Webidoo is closely monitoring and participating in policy discussions related to various EU initiatives aimed at promoting the digitalization of SMEs. This includes initiatives that focus on funding, access to digital infrastructure, and capacity-building programs for SMEs. -Data Protection and Privacy Legislation: As part of our digital transformation efforts, Webidoo engages with EU institutions on matters related to data protection and privacy legislation. We aim to shape policies that strike a balance between data security and the smooth operation of digital SMEs. -Digital Skills and Training Programs: Webidoo actively supports policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing digital skills and training programs for SMEs. We work to ensure that EU policies in this regard are aligned with the evolving digital landscape. By specifying these areas of focus, we aim to provide a more detailed overview of the specific legislative proposals and policies that we target in our influencing activities. Webidoo remains committed to collaborating with EU institutions to contribute to the development of policies that promote the digital transformation of SMEs. We believe that a strong digital foundation is crucial for the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in an evolving business landscape.
