Mission & Goals
Waiheke SRL develops and operates WAI, an AI-powered platform for personalized career advising. Our mission is to make professional growth accessible and adaptive through artificial intelligence that adjusts to each user’s goals, learning style, and pace. We address the growing need for reskilling and upskilling in a rapidly changing job market by helping individuals and organizations align personal development with professional objectives. Waiheke promotes ethical and transparent AI, contributing to EU priorities in digital education, skills development, and responsible innovation.

Additional Information
Waiheke is an SME with minimal direct expenditure on EU-level interest representation. The company’s involvement consists primarily of monitoring EU digital and AI policy developments and participating in the EU AI Pact. All related activities are carried out directly by the CEO on a part-time basis (approx. 0.1 FTE combined). No external consultants, office space, or travel costs are allocated exclusively to these activities. Accordingly, the annual costs linked to activities covered by the Register remain below €10,000, consisting mainly of time allocation, digital communication, and participation in online EU events.
